Nutrition services
E. SHOLOM, Inc. specializes in multilingual pediatric Nutrition services that assess the nutritional needs of the child, and correct for any nutritional deficiencies. Nutrition services are provided by a registered dietitian. Our Registered Dietitians perform assessment of:
- Nutritional history, current dietary intake and nutrient needs
- Anthropometrical (measurement of height & weight), biochemical (i.e. Metabolism) and other clinical variables
- Feeding skills and feeding problems
- Food habits and food preferences
Based on the assessment results our team of registered dietitians develop and monitor appropriate feeding plans to address nutritional needs and/or refer them to the appropriate medical specialists and community resources to carry out nutrition goals.
